In today’s society our children will face many fears, pressures and challenges that, as parents, we don’t always understand or are able to resolve. These experiences can be due to exam pressure, social media, parent separation and anxiety. This can occur in small children and young adults.
Children’s wellness coaching provides an environment for them to overcome their challenges using one-to-one sessions, providing your children with the tools and techniques to be able to deal with their situation and gives them back control.
I work in a fun, safe and playful environment tailored to needs of your child. As a parent myself, I realise the importance of promoting health and wellbeing, in order for our children to grow into strong, independent and confident adults.
