Meet Your Coach

I’m Carrie Swain – a qualified Hypnotherapist, Holistic Wellness Coach, and Anxiety Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the world of holistic therapy. After training at the prestigious Steiner Training Academy in London, I have had the pleasure of working with clients from around the world.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with a diverse range of clients, including celebrities and royalty. With every client, I bring a personalised approach to healing, tailoring my methods to meet their unique needs and goals. My mission is to help anxious frustrated women, become calm and confident.

The Program

Get life time access to 6 modules including videos, printable worksheets, guest talks from holistic health experts, and virtual group hypnotherapy sessions that can be rewatched at any time to support you on your journey to becoming anxiety free.

For those participating in the Group Program, a 1 hour online hypnotherapy session and 1 hour live coaching session will be held every Monday and Thursday at 7pm, starting from Monday 8th of April for 6 weeks. These sessions will be recorded so you’ll be able to access them at any time.

FAQ’s

Hypnosis has long been associated with the strange and mysterious. The truth is that hypnosis isn’t at all mysterious, supernatural or anti-religious. Without realising it you have been in a light hypnotic trance thousands of times but it seemed so natural that you didn’t notice it as anything “different”. How about not noticing chunks of a car journey, even when you are driving, or not hearing someone talking to you as you immerse yourself in a good book? These are examples of naturally occurring light trance states.

Hypnosis is not asleep, unconscious or out of control. It’s a state of relaxed awareness in which suggestions for change are acted on more powerfully than is possible in normal awareness. Conscious criticism, which blocks and limits, is suppressed. During hypnosis it is possible to change behaviour patterns, thought processes and reactions that are normally out of reach of your conscious mind.

Just about everyone is able to be hypnotized because they do it naturally without realising it! The relaxation aspect of hypnosis is of great benefit resulting in a relaxed yet energised feeling by the end of your session.

NO! The brain is highly suggestible when in hypnosis, however, I cannot make you act, say or do anything against your will. If the subconscious does not like the suggestion or believe it, it will simply reject it. It will have zero effect. Perceptions of swinging watches, people unconscious, eating onions and clucking like chickens is certainly not what hypnotherapy is all about! Think of hypnotherapy as MEDITATION WITH A PURPOSE.

You will feel completely relaxed and at ease. If you have ever meditated or done a yoga class, there is often relaxation at the end. This is how you will feel.

You will never feel out of control, just relaxed. You are free to come out of hypnosis whenever you wish.

For participants enrolled in our Standard and Premium packages, I offer a free 30-minute consultation period during which you can assess if my hypnotherapy group course is the right fit for you. If, after this initial consultation, you decide that the program does not align with your goals or expectations, you are entitled to cancel your enrollment.

However, it’s important to note that once the 6-week program officially commences, I do not offer refunds or cancellations. I encourage participants to make a well-informed decision during the consultation phase to ensure that the program is a good fit for your needs.

My consultations last 30 minutes and are therapy sessions in themselves. I will thoroughly assess your needs and prepare you for the program.
